TOWNSHIP OF ARMADA BOARD OF REVIEW

Will hold a meeting open to the public in the Township Hall, 23121 E. Main St, Armada, Michigan,

Tuesday, December 15 from 3:30 p.m. until complete.

The purpose of the meeting is to correct clerical errors, as certified by the assessor, in the 2019 or 2020 tax rolls, to consider poverty exemption claims or disabled veteran’s exemption claims not previously filed for 2020, to place valid homeowners’ principal residence exemptions not previously claimed on the 2017, 2018, 2019 or 2020 tax rolls and to place valid Qualified Agricultural exemptions not previously claimed on the 2019 and 2020 tax rolls.

COMCAST-UNIFORM VIDEO SERVICE LOCAL FRANCHISE AGREEMENT

The agreement between Comcast and Armada Township does not prohibit other companies from providing the same services to Township residents.  Moreover, the Telecomminications Act prohibits agreements that would attempt to limit the number of telecommunications (cable/internet/mobile) providers in a community
