PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWNSHIP OF ARMADA BOARD OF REVIEW

Will hold a meeting open to the public in the Township Hall,
23121 E. Main ST, Armada, Michigan

Tuesday, July 17 from 3:30 p.m. until complete

The purpose of the meeting is to correct clerical errors, as certified
by the assessor, in the  2017 or 2018 tax rolls.  The board will also
consider poverty exemption claims not previously filed for 2018,
and disabled veterans exemption applications not previously
reviewed for 2018.  The board is authorized to place valid
homeowners' principle residence exemptions not previously
claimed on the 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018 tax rolls, and valid
qualified agricultural exemptions not previously claimed on the
2017 or  2018 tax rolls.

BOARD OF REVIEW

Two board of review members needed for Armada Township. Must be qualified resident taxpayers (Public Act 218 of 1999). Rate of pay is $50 per session.  Approximately four meeting days in early March, one in July and one in December. Applications are available at the Armada Twp. Hall, 23121 E. Main, Armada, MI (586) 784-5200 or on line at: www.armadatwp.org.  Applications must be received no later than July 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
